No owner has been set up for this business yet.
Owning a share and signing in are separate: an owner who never uses Sicari still has a capital account here, and an Owner login doesn’t mean a share of the business.
Money in and out, by owner

Nothing has been put in or taken out yet.
Whenever something is paid personally (a buy, an import, an expense), Sicari asks whose money it was, and it lands on that owner’s capital account. Default: the owner who’s signed in. When someone who isn’t an owner or admin records it, it waits in Needs review and goes on the owner’s capital only after an owner or admin confirms it.
Capital accounts
One account per owner
Profit is shared by the ownership in force each day. Only settled profit counts: a sale’s profit counts once its money has cleared, and estimates never do. In the shares, a sale’s late refund or fee is split as of the day of the sale.
Change ownership
Set new shares from a date. They must total 100%. Profit before that date keeps the old split; nothing is rewritten.
Record a draw
For the accountant
Each owner’s contributions, draws and profit share for the year, ready for the partnership return. It posts nothing and comes only from the ledger. The file says the day it was produced: profit shares use each sale’s cost as known that day, so a cost recorded later can change figures for past dates.
