Locations
A location is a place a holder keeps cards. Each card's current location is where its latest custody move put it. Deactivating a location never moves cards; it only stops new moves to it.

Move cards
Choose the place the cards go, then the cards. A move records a custody event for each card and the holder of the location takes custody. Cards in grading, out on consignment, sold, under an open sale or show-locked are refused here; use their own flow.
