This changes this card only. The shared catalog entry and your other copies of it keep their pkid match.

These come from the card. Change any of them if the card is filed differently, then search.

Tick each field pkid has wrong, then type what the card or slab actually says. Reports never carry prices, cost, or anyone's name or contact details, and the report is refused if the text looks like an amount of money, an e-mail address or phone number, or the name of one of your buyers, consignors, customers or partners.

This sets what the card cost. If the card is already sold, its cost of goods is posted (dated to the sale when that month is still open) and the sale moves into profit.

In person records a paid sale immediately; custody becomes sold. Online channels stay pending until payment is confirmed.
